Pearson Skepnek is an attorney licensed in Kansas and Iowa. His practice includes technology transactions, regulatory compliance, business matters, and litigation.

Pearson brings a decade of experience in state government technology operations to his private practice. He currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel for the State of Iowa's Department of Management, Division of Information Technology, where he has negotiated multi-million dollar IT contracts and advised on regulatory compliance, risk management, dispute resolution, and everyday business issues.

A Lawrence native, Pearson earned his Bachelor’s in History from the University of Kansas in 2007 and his J.D. from KU Law in 2015.
